Kitchen ceiling leaked for over a year, 10 1/2 years and can still see the outside through the cracks in the wall. Bedroom 52 degrees
Tub rooms been out of service for 5 years

Theft
This place allows people of violence and people who are thiefs and people who threaten others. Putting the safety of others at risk. Why wud you stay at a place where they invite trouble?
