Great People / Tired Facility The staff have been great to work with; professional, polite and really want to help. The fitness facility is good; shame the sauna is out of order. This is all hampered by tired facilities in the apartments. Had issues with toilet, drains, hot water, water pressure and now HVAC units. We are here for a short stay only, we love the location and the view we have to the south, but we would be unsure if we had to make this a longer term home. Once again, great people... working with tiring facilities that could use some capital input.

underwhelming
I am incredibly disappointed with AireMSP; Maintenance is poor and left half done, making it hazardous for the residents. There are leaks everywhere that are just left to fill garbage cans. There is a constant musky moldy smell in the common areas —no doubt from their water leaks. I shudder at the thought of the mold that must be growing. On that note, dark brown stains have also run down some walls. I wonder what that might be from. The gym is filled with broken equipment and missing dumbells,... and the floor is littered with gym sanitary wipes for days. The hot tub is nice; however, you must watch out for the broken tiles. They do at least get around to fixing those with some speed. I Will not be renewing my lease. I would advise caution when signing a lease here.
