Good unit and management is usually very prompt to resolve issues. I have enjoyed living here for over the past year and look forward to living here for many years to come.

I have been a resident here for 16 years. I have seen how dedicated the staff is to maintaining and improving the services and the property. And always with a smile!

Renew West Bloomington is a quiet community tucked just off 98th and Normandale so is close to restaurants and retail and easy access to the highways and roads that allow for travel in all directions. The units are configured to maximize space and views and the grounds have a lot of green space and nice views. Highly recommend to check it out.

Me and my children have loved living here for the past two years. The neighbors are so friendly. We have enjoyed many a walk around the pond and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool during the summer time. We also utilized the basketball and tennis courts as well!

The apartments themselves are not bad and the grounds are very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the management completely overshadowed the positives.
In my experience, the managers Kashina and Candice were very unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. Their communication felt cold and dismissive, and responses were often slow or unhelpful.
?? I strongly do not recommend living on the first floor.
The upstairs apartments have very old wooden floors, and the... noise above our bedroom was extremely loud and constant. The floor creaked heavily at all hours. When I brought this issue to management, I was told that this level of noise was “normal” and within acceptable limits. No solutions or alternatives were offered. We lived with this problem for six months and moved out immediately when our lease ended.
Based on my interactions, the management often made promises that were not followed through. For example, Candice was supposed to provide me with a document. She asked me to leave the office, saying it would be ready later that day and that she would contact me. I never received it, despite waiting and following up for three months.
The dog park is another serious concern. In my experience, it is not properly monitored. There are aggressive dogs, and my dog was attacked twice — once by a neighbor’s dog, and once by a man who did not appear to be a resident. It seems that anyone can freely access the property, which raises safety concerns.
The package delivery system (mailroom) is also unreliable and frequently does not work properly.
Considering the rent amount, there are significantly better housing options available in the area with more professional management and fewer unresolved issues. For the price being charged, this property did not meet reasonable expectations. Cheaply painted, the windows and doors are poorly insulated. The walls are extremely thin. While lying in the bedroom, I could clearly hear people talking outside and in the common hallway.
Overall, while the property itself has potential, the management experience, unresolved noise issues, safety concerns, and poor communication made living here very stressful. I would not choose to live here again. It's terrible, find something else Read More
