CockRoaches Galore!
First and foremost, they have had 3 apartment managers in the last 5 years. The complex had to have a massive bug extermination plan that costed most of their residents a tremendous amount of money to move furniture and belongings in their units because exterminators had to come in on scheduled times. The new Manager Chevy is absolutely terrible. Zero customer service skills, zero follow up skills and does not fight for her long-term residents. If you were smart, you would stay far away... from this place. Residents let their children #2 in the pool; black mold and the cockroach infestation issues in all of the buildings has forced any good residents out. The garages are filthy and disgusting, people steal your packages regularly. The office staff are absolutely terrible. These people have the nerve to raise the rent on units that were infested with cockroaches and when I say infested, I mean literally crawling out of the drains and floor boards. Luxury apartments... what a joke. The regional Leader is just as bad as the new leader. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Property Manager at Arrive Eden Prairie responded to this review
Hi there,
We are truly sorry to hear about your extremely negative experience at Arrive Eden Prairie. It is clear from your review that you have encountered a multitude of serious issues, and we want to acknowledge the significant frustration and... inconvenience this must have caused you.
We understand your deep disappointment regarding the frequent changes in apartment management. We also recognize the substantial disruption and financial burden the necessary bug extermination plan placed on our residents, requiring them to move furniture and belongings for scheduled treatments. It is particularly disheartening to hear about your specific encounters with the current manager, Chevy, and the lack of customer service and follow-up you experienced. We also want to express our sincerest regret about the unsanitary conditions you described, including issues with children in the pool, black mold, and the cockroach infestation that was so severe it forced good residents to leave. The state of the garages and the ongoing problem with package theft are also unacceptable.
We are especially concerned to learn that rent was increased on units that were experiencing such a severe cockroach infestation, with them literally crawling from drains and floorboards. This is not the standard we strive for, and the idea of these being "luxury apartments" under these circumstances is understandably a joke. We also regret that your experience with the regional leader was not positive.
We take these concerns very seriously and are committed to addressing them. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to gather more details about your experience. Please reach out to us at arriveedenprairie@trinity-pm.com so we can discuss this further.
