I’ve lived here for over 3 years and I’m still amazed by the peaceful atmosphere. The ponds throughout the complex make it feel like a little nature retreat. It’s rare to find such a quiet, green space with modern amenities like a beautiful swimming pool!

Our move in to Arrive Minnetonka was flawless. We were welcomed warmly by Erin in the leasing office. It is a wonderful, quiet community, yet convenient to the 394/494 corridors. We are also surrounded by so much green space and walking trails, and very close to the Luce Line bike trail as well.

Everything about living here is fantastic. Having the pool, gym, activities for residents (my fav was wine Wednesday), and people who are kind and actually enjoy their job.
