BEWARE - Burnsville Parkway is a HORROR!

Grounds are a horror. Lots of trash and dog waste. Sometimes looks like a slum. Over-flowing dumpsters, run-down buildings, old appliances. I required 24 maintenance visits over three years. Property visited by police in the dead of night numerous times.. You won't get what you pay for and you'll pay for everything. They will try to walk away with your security deposit, so carefully note EVERYTHING when you move in. Lived here three years until I could finally get out.
