Horrible
Where can I start....HORRIBLE management, maintenance just puts duct tape on everything. They will target you if they don't like you living there..either to make you break your lease or kick you out. Kids run up and down the hallways and destroy them. Many people are single and hog a 3 bedroom apartment because it's cheap. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

Ponddale is awesome!
I currently live in Ponddale Apartments and I absolutely love it! The community is amazing and the tenants are great! love this place! Everything is family oriented and absolutely pet friendly! If you're looking for decent living at great prices, Ponddale is the place you need to rent from! You're so close to shopping malls,stores, gas stations, parks, trails, etc. Come and experience the Ponddale way of life!

This apartment community is GREAT!!!!!!!
I currently live at Ponddale Apts. It is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are huge and very reasonable. The management is wonderful, very helpful, very caring and makes sure that things are cared for on a timly manor. The Apts are well kept with being cleaned daily, the garbage is kept up & the grounds are well kept & beautiful. We have wonderful neighbors and a great community.
