TERRIBLE place to live.

This is by far the cheapest made place we have ever lived in. There have been issues of flooding from the rain, broken appliances, maintenance requests that haven't been filled after multiple requests, absolutely no soundproofing, and bugs that get in because the doors don't shut properly. The water, also hard. Even if you do buy a water softener, which let's be honest who doesn't provide that nowadays, can't be set up to the kitchen sink because of how faulty the plumbing is. Even with all of... this stuff, they won't let you out of your lease until You take legal action. Its absolutely ridiculous. Anybody that I know who has lived in these homes has not stayed any longer than absolutely necessary.

Issues

Some of the most outrageous issues:
- Quality of construction materials and workmanship is very poor.
- Appliances and fixtures are the cheapest.
- Water is very hard, and everything in the sinks and the bathtub is covered with the thick layer of calcium and lime. If you don't want to get kidney stones and to lose your hair, you'll have to buy or rent a water softener.
- The sinks release a very strong sewer odor. The stench is so strong, you have to hold your breath.
- Breakers trip several...
times a day for no apparent reason, with only a table lamp on.
- Because of the inadequate air circulation and poor insulation, the temperature difference between the upper and lower levels is typically 15 degrees.
- Soundproofing is nonexistent.
- In warmer weather, swarms of tiny beetles crawl in from every crack.
- The property management at all levels--from the very top (the owner) to the very bottom--are unprofessional, unresponsive, indecisive, and unable or unwilling to settle issues.
