Review
My experience has been great living at grand pre east, the office staff are so friendly and courtes always letting me know when there are updates in the apartment complex.The amenitys are top notch and up to date. Anytime i want to use the game room I can rent out pool equipment or go play mini golf. The apartments are spacious and affordable some apartments have views of the beutiful pond. Theres also plenty of parking and even a dog park. For anyone looking for apartment thats affordable... should come and sign up for a tour here.

Not worth the $$$ not even a little
Not worth it for the price. The amenities do exist but they’re in poor condition. The hallways are gross and dingy. Management will be nice to your face and pretend to be helpful but behind the scenes they will be petty and make issues for you. And when it comes time to get your deposit back, doesn’t matter if you give an address in writing, you will still have to chase it down. Would not recommend living here even if you are trying to save money there’s better for less.

Friendly Living Environment
The staff and people that live here are extremely friendly. I was new to the area and didn't know many people, but once I moved in, I was able to meet a lot of new faces. The apartment was nice, maintenance requests were fast, and you can't go wrong with an indoor and outdoor pool. Plus local food trucks come by the apartment.
