Can’t imagine much better

My experience here has always been great - management is always super communicative with any issues that arise or upcoming events, as well as security with general areas and parking. Maintenance has been quick and very easy to schedule with for even minor issues, and I have not been ghosted by them as has been the case with other places I’ve lived. Price-wise is pretty comparable to others in the area, but for the proximity to the light rail, park/dog area, bars, and the upcoming grocery store,… it in my opinion outweighs much of downtown/lowertown. I love living here and truly don’t see any negatives that aren’t just a part of apartment living.

Great place to live

Couldn't Be Happier!!!

I rarely write reviews but this was a must because The Penfield and the individuals that work their went above and beyond since the start. From the fabulous tour given by Andrea, to the easy application process, till the move in day, it was all so easy. I was apart of a corporate relocation and needed to move in almost immediately. The manager, Anna and her team made it happen. I can say that moving across the country carries its laundry list of things to worry about but because of The Penfield,… finding a home was the one thing I knew I didn't have to stress over. The amenities, great location, clean apartments and reasonable prices are just the start of what makes this place the best place I've ever rented from.
