I really love the community here at Rafter. It's safe and can barely hear any loud or noises at night. The roof top is is spectacular. And many dining areas around the neighborhood.

Rafter had been a wonderful place to call home for the past nearly four years. I love my one bedroom unit and have no complaints. The staff at Rafter feel more like friends than staff, and the building on the whole is a welcoming community.

I’ve lived at Rafter for almost 4 years and I love it! Great location, great amenities, great staff. My apartment itself is gorgeous and has a fantastic view. Very pet friendly. And there’s a new pizza place opening up on the ground floor!

I love Rafter!!! Such a beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful community to live with! Leasing office if very friendly, welcoming and responsive quickly to requests!! Great amenities pet-friendly and beautiful scenes of Minneapils skyline views! Nothing could ever be better!!

Really nice place to live. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The provided amenities are great and there are typically multiple events a month put off by management. Building is maintained and cleaned regularly.
It would be great if the gym had a bench with a non-fixed barbell and a few more plates. Some parallel bars for dips would be great too.
