Outstanding Leasing Experience & Wonderful Community

Living at Summerwell has been such a positive experience! The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, with friendly neighbors and a great location. What really sets it apart is the leasing team — Hailey, Reanna and Penny, who are always welcoming, responsive, and genuinely goes out of their way to make residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the office staff makes everything smooth and easy. I feel lucky to call Summerwell home and highly... recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, well-run community!

Great

Individual townhomes. large, fenced in yard, 2 car garages. Still under construction so everything is new. They are building an outdoor pool that looks awesome. Quiet location but right by Target. When my lease is up next year I will definitely be seeing what is available.

Beautiful Property

I toured this property out of curiosity. I am not looking for a place right now but if someone is I would recommend checking these out. The kitchens are beautiful. The space feels like an actual home. The property is situated in a location that feels rural but is close to everything. Very well planned out.
