Living in this townhome has been a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and I always feel safe here.
The layout of the townhome is spacious and functional, with plenty of natural light and enough room for my family. Maintenance requests have been handled professionally and in a timely manner, and the management team has been courteous and responsive whenever I’ve needed... assistance.
Overall, I’ve truly enjoymy experience living here and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place to live.

Maintenance and staff are great. Community doesn’t seem to have control of their children. Running in and out of streets, throwing trash on ground, swearing, etc.

Summerwell townhomes has been a wonderful place to live for the last three years. The staff takes pride in the work, they are real people, who try hard to communicate always and make this community a space where everyone feels welcome and seen.
I’ve truly loved living here for the staff, the location, the convenience. The townhomes are a great size. We always know what’s happening in the neighborhood due to the way things are organized here.
I couldn’t recommend it here enough. This place has... truly been a blessing for my family. Thank you Summerwell!
