Heights of Mendota Apartments

The Heights fills all the checkboxes with its well-thought-out amenities, layout, and location. The application and move-in process were seamless. It doesn’t get any better than this. What makes this exceptional is the daily maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness. Ms. Young, the Community Manager, and her staff are bar non. They always have a welcoming and service-oriented attitude towards the tenant, creating a comfortable ambiance.

I absolutely loved living here! Great tenants, very quiet and an absolutely great property manager! The heated garage is great for the winter and the car wash bay is awesome. Free high speed internet that is really good. Highly recommended!

We had a short term lease at The Heights and were extremely happy with our apartment size, the quiet building, extra amenities like the grill on the deck and the ability to have 2 medium sized dogs. The complex is spotless, the gym and party rooms are beautiful, and site staff is wonderful- especially Juliana! We had not lived in an apartment for 30 years and were dreading it. Juliana was very helpful, and kind throughout the entire move-in and move-out experience, as well as the day to day needs and questions. Very clean, prompt service (when needed), and more reasonably priced than most apartments.
