Updated one bedroom
My fiance and I live in an updated one bedroom on the garden level of the building. The apartment has been recently updated with new cabinet doors and wood floors, as well as new bathroom treatments. The apartment is warm in the winter but unfortunately, because the ac unit is in the living room, can also be a little warm in the summer. Our specific apartment was also lacking slightly for cabinet space, but since the kitchen was quite large we were able to add some Ikea counters to combat this....
The building itself is well taken care of and in a great location. The building manager lives on site and is quick to respond to issues that might occur. The tenants are mostly young professionals and its very quiet overall.
I've lived in many apartments in the Uptown area and this is my favorite.
