Building structure good. Only one air conditioner, which doesn't reach back bedrooms so your dieing of heat. Extremely outdated , Manager Sheryl is but to get them to replace or fix anything is a process and either they procrastinate or don't do it at all it's extremely frustrating. There is this one renter that doesn't even have a working air conditioner and he's been asking for a new air conditioner for two years and STILL NOTHING. The only thing Good about this place is the cost of the... rent. The Hallways and entrance in back of building smells old and musty and there are cobwebs in every corner and on Windows. The property outside building is not kept very well and they have all these Garages and only 2 renters get one but it took them FOREVVVVER TO GET ONE. no one else can rent one cause all the others are occupied by the apartment Manager who is a hoarder so everyone is left without a garage. Everything in the building is old. Management is slow to fix things and when they do finally do repairs they do a poor job (management is too cheap to pay professionals to do work)

Landlord is very personable and addresses issues right away. Very quiet building and reasonable rates. We've been here 2 years and still haven't gotten our parking garage. The washers have had regular issues with not working. The a/c isn't big enough to keep up with these hot summer days. Overall the apartment needs updating but it's clean and quiet so we don't complain.
