Odd, but I like it
It's an odd building , but I like it. In the 70's it was a fancy place. Now it's a little worn, but the rent is cheap for the size of apartment you get, and the place has character. The landlord is great about fixing things that he can fix with parts he has. In fact, he's ridiculously clever at fixing things with the oddest supplies. (MacGyver would be proud.) He's not so quick about any repairs that require new parts, but with the cheaper rent I don't mind.
