Dogs Barking, Car Break Ins, High Crime

This morning I found my GFs car broken into for the second time. There were just two violent robberies within blocks. I'm glad I don't live on the first floor, at least! They made me go to the post office to pick up mail for two months for some reason. Dogs are constantly barking on my floor, and you can hear everything. And you can no longer get into the front door. This place is worse than low rent places. Every bar, shop and restaurant around is closed- Unsafe, noisy and isolating-
