Negligent landlord will steal your deposit

This property owner has no company name, no means of contact except a phone number (or letters) and the persons you interact with will not even give you their real names. Calls for maintenance will almost always be ignored, or dealt with after a great deal of persistent calling if you're lucky. There will be no walkthrough or checklist when you sign a lease, and *any* wear or damage to the unit, whether already present or not, will be blamed on you when you move out and used as an excuse to keep... your deposit and demand more money on top. Landlords and staff will also enter your unit as it suits them with zero notice (e.g. for showings, or maintenance because someone called an inspector, etc.) 3300 Fremont property is same ownership.
