Old Building and Too Noisy
First of all, The rain can easily come to you room through the window when it's raining.
Second, the light buttons, stove, fan ..... are broken or doesn't work very often. When they are broken, the manager even say that you did not take care of them and why they are not broken in other rooms. Sometimes you felt that you were a kid and you were useless. because the manager will say that it's the requirement and it's in lease contract.......... Or the manager even took a picture of my room. I... did now know if she did it or not but it said to me once. if you are a girl, you'd better not come here because your hair can not appear on the floor because it's a Requirement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Third, the building is full of a strong flavor of curry. Once My friends even asked me if you have kept eating curry recently.
Last, It's too noisy all days because it's too close to the University Ave and there are too many cars at night. it will get much worse in summer than winter. However, the manager will say it's quiet as always.

Good place but bad managers
It's a good place and close to campus. But the managers are very bossy and they try to control you and guide you which is very boring and disgusting.

Decent College Living
The apartment it self isn't bad, slightly more upscale than other duplexes in the area, but not by much. Has a great location, two blocks away from Stone Arch bridge, and right next to bus stops that'll take you to the University or downtown. Management hasn't been the greatest maintenance wise, in order to get major things fixed you have to really push. Since it's an older house that hasn't been to well taken care of this pop up quite frequently.
