Pleasant View - Uptown
I have lived in my apartment for about a year now, and overall, I'm very happy so far. For a single person working downtown, I feel the location, size and price all work well for me. I love the area! Only a 5-minute drive to downtown, bus lines galore, and only a few minutes away from Lake Calhoun. The apartment itself is great for the price and area. I've made a few maintenance requests and every issue has been resolved, but I've had to follow up on some of them more than once in order to get... it done. All in all I am very satisfied with Pleasant View. Great apartment, price, neighbors and location!
