Good, but room for improvement The following need attention:
Garage cleanliness: The garage has been chronically dirty, and the debris often gets tracked into elevators and common areas. Regular “sweeping” and deeper cleaning would make a noticeable difference (a building I previously lived in had what was basically a riding-mower that was a mini street cleaner – worked wonders).
Housekeeping staffing: Our housekeeping team has seemed understaffed, which affects the overall quality and... frequency of cleaning throughout the building.
Monthly resident events: The monthly gatherings, which were once a reliable and appreciated perk, have become inconsistent. Restoring their regularity would help rebuild a sense of community.
Hallway carpets: The carpets in the hallways are not being cleaned as thoroughly or as often as they should be, leading to visible wear and buildup.
Paint touch-ups: Many hallway walls are in need of fresh paint or spot repairs to maintain a polished appearance.
Common area furniture: Some of the shared furniture on the 16th floor is beginning to look worn and could benefit from repair, replacement, or refresh.
