Hidden Gem

I lived in the Martinique for five years, moving to Las Vegas in September 2020. I just wanted to take a break from the Minnesota winters and move to my favorite place, but I digress. Every time I've moved into a place, I always wondered why the previous tenant moved OUT, and you don't always get the chance to ask them, so that's my reason for leaving the Martinique. While Minneapolis has changed in the past five years, I'll keep this review to the building. Over a 5-year span, I had two or... three maintenance issues the entire time. This area is a "gem" in the fact that you're so close to the Lakes, but if you want to do something in Uptown, you're just a few blocks away. On top of that, you're walking distance from Lunds, Cub, Kowalski's, CVS, and Target, so this is a very pedestrian-friendly spot; a car is DEFINITELY not needed. The laundry room is in the basement, and they turned it into a workout room as well, so if you want to work out in the winter, you're set. I loved living here while I was in Minneapolis, and I'm sure you will as well.

Best Location in Uptown!

This is the perfect location for living in Uptown and still enjoying some peace and quiet. I love living within walking distance of both Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun, and having the Midtown Greenway right outside my front door. The recent updates the management company are making have been wonderful and the resident managers are always prompt and helpful. As a longterm resident of the Martinique, I can't imagine living anywhere else!
