How Is This Rating Determined?

Violence, Maintenance action delays.

The area is prone to the worse off part of the city. Shootings and car break-ins. Maintenance doesn't respond to work orders for months. Can't find the property manager/supervisor in the office half the time. Its a decent building but horrible area and stay away if you can.
