I have no leave violations, never been asked to leave, rent always paid on time. There is no reason why I would be negative I’m just being honest. Honestly I can not wait until my lease is done. Management is HORRIBLE especially the new manager Paul. He is on a power trip. When I first signed my lease with the old leasing agent Mickey there was all these things we could do. The pool stayed open until 9 pm, we could have grills, we could park where ever, we could go... in and out of the clubhouse to use the facilities until 9 pm.... now this new guy Paul took all these things away. What good is a clubhouse if you can’t use it? What good is a grill if you can’t have it on the property. I’m not going to use the grills they provided in the courtyard because I prefer my own and I know what happens to mine. I lived here for only 3 months now and has already had 3 “inspections “ of my home. So is this once a month? I wish they would have told me that before I moved here because I would have. Everyone has keys to your apartment it seems because I can home one time and my inside rug was on the outside???? How?? I told the asst manager about it I think she’s the assistant and she act like I was crazy. I have no clue what her name is but she seems like she’s always in a bad mood. Always have an attitude most of the management seems that way like if you have a question your bothering them. I had 3 of my friends wanting to move here but begged them not to waste their money. The halls in my apartment smell horrible we had billions of gnats in the hallways and they did nothing about it. It’s not cleaned. When I moved in here is was not clean. This is an excellent apartment complex if you are looking to enjoy nature, while remaining close to the city of Minneapolis. The complex is nestled on an wildlife reserve with a pond where you will see ducks, geese, deer and occasionally a loon. It also has one another unique feature each apartment unit has two families per floor. There are three floors for a comfortable and quiet six family building. The complex family enjoyment building has a pool, and large spacious area with tables for... the many actvities offered for complex dwellers and for personal party rental. The complex is within walking distance of numerous restaurants as well as grocery and shopping stores.
