Excellent Experience

The office management staff here is absolutely outstanding! Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported, and it really shows in the way they handle requests quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and personable, but they’ve truly mastered it. Their excellent service makes living here an even better experience. Highly recommend!

Improvements are happening!

I’m really impressed with all the upgrades happening around the community! The garages were fully cleaned out, which made a huge difference, and now the parking lots are set to be redone as well. It’s great to see the property being taken care of and improved for residents.

Great experience!

Living at Avana Minnetonka has been a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and great layouts.

The location is perfect—close to highways, shopping, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The amenities are also a huge plus, especially the fitness center, pool, and common areas.

What really stands out, though, is the... management and maintenance team. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. Any questions or service requests I’ve had were handled quickly and thoroughly, which has made living here stress-free.

I would highly recommend Avana Minnetonka to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with a strong sense of community.

LOVE it here!

I LOVE my home here at Avana Minnetonka. The office staff are very kind and respectful and always help me with my needs! The amenities here are lovely and the newly renovated clubroom is to die for. I can't wait to make use of it!

Worst company to rent from

Since the beginning of living at this property I have had issues with maintenance requests being answered. When they are, the work order is closed before the work is done to completion. I have been attempting for months to get the issues of the community laundry room addressed without any resolution. Save your money.
