Come to The Island!

An absolute gem! Have lived here for 5 years with no plans to move.

Ideal location, responsive staff, rustic walking trail surrounded by a lake (wildflowers! fountains!), beautiful landscaping, fast maintenance, friendly community, active by day but quiet at night, pet friendly to the max, all (uniquely) on an Island setting!

I’ve lived here for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it. I love the community feel and having management work on site. Maintenance is very responsive and quick. The amenities and building are always well kept and look great.
