No longer a great place to live
I have lived here for almost 2 years. We have recently switched managers. And the new one is completely terrible. She has not informed me of a new monthly fee of my pets when before there has not been one and now instead I got in trouble because she failed at doing her job of notifying our community. She is not helpful at all. She doesn't answer questions and has refused to give me a copy of my lease and pet agreement when I have asked numerous times now. I have had my boyfriend visit roughly... 2-3 times a week and got a letter from her saying he needs to sign in the lease or I am breaking lease agreement because "he is living there" even though he has his own place. Or I'll get evicted. The lease agreement states they can visit 14 times in a row before I need a letter from the landlord herself of the visits. I cannot wait to move out. This apartment use to be a community and now she is ruining it and having everyone hate her.
Pet deposit went from 200 to 300
$15 per cat every month.

Lakeview Living
Living at Lakeview Apartments has been a great journey. I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I believe that one of the most important thing about living in an apartment is having great management and a great team to help them out, and that is what Lakeview has. They keep the building and the outside areas very clean, they are understanding, have great communication and as long as you communicate back with them they are always willing to help out with any problem you may have to... make your living experience a great one. I love the fact that they are now turning each complex into nonsmoking buildings and have controlled entry, its a great way to keep everyone safe and healthy. What I would recommend is that they are a little more helpful and had a little more authority on the company they chose to tow cars out the parking lot.
