Where does someone start when it's so bad ? The place has peeling paint, mold in the ceiling and walls. Not to mention the garage is falling down, the parking lot is too costly to repair so they just keep filling holes up. They don't call or let you know they are going to plow most of the time, and if they do it's an hour notice. The other review is correct, if you have two cars you have to get a garage because there is no parking on the street. Washers and Dryers never worked, like never!! ... Nobody ever calls you back unless your 2 hours late on your rent because she doesn't even get out of bed before 2pm unless she is evicting you. I was so mad when she took cash and then called me a week later to tell me I didn't pay. I had to pay the rent again!!! But when I found out that it was something they do when paid cash, and had done to other people, I was very upset. People were constantly playing loud music and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything! My Stove was broken and the owner told me if I didn’t use it so much it wouldn’t be broken. They raised my rent after they had to replace it to cover the cost. They made the unit look decent but within the first week we had problems with black mold coming through the walls, they told us to clean it with bleach. They don’t call you back ever unless you owe them money. The washer never worked and they made no attempt to fix it. The spiders were really bad here too. We waited 4 hours for them to... show up to see the place and i wish we would have left. I think everyone smoked weed and they didn’t clean the unit before we moved in. Seeing all the red flags now but it was too late. The biggest issue is that they don’t know how to talk to their renters and when you need maintenance they don’t answer the phone it’s really upsetting. They had a fire when we lived there in one of the units and waited a year to fix it. They pulled a bin up to the unit to put all the burned junk in and being summer the lazy renters put garbage in the dump and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The whole summer it smelled like a dead body and the flies were so bad that the city came out. We saw the guy and he told us these owners are big problem owners. They can fix up the whole place and it’s still going to be Deluxe properties and they don’t know how to be decent owners. I’m not asking for great owners, they would fail that big time. They increase rent the max every year and file eviction on the 5th if you don’t pay no exceptions . You move in here and immediately regret it. The owners scream and yell at you telling you if you don't like it get out. They do not return maintenance calls and do not care about their renters. The building reeks of smoke and weed, it was so bad it made my eyes water. The washing machines never work , and they don't refund you the money. People leave their garbage by the back door like they are too lazy to take to the dumpster. You can't park on the street or you get a ticket at night. When... The building is falling apart and when you call the owners they never answer their phones. The smell of cigarettes is overwhelming and the smell of weed is worse. There is no parking for visitors you only get one parking spot and then have to buy a garage for a second spot which is extra. The entrance ceiling is water damaged and has been for as long as I can remember. The appliances are old and hardly work but they keep trying to save them. The laundry room has two washers, one doesn’t work and... hasn’t for a year, and two dryers. There is black mold that is most likely due to the roof leaking because they couldn’t care less about the ice dams that happen and the fact that the roof should have been replaced 5 years ago from the looks of it. The parking lot has huge potholes that they fixed with dirt but with the flooding we recently had in the parking lot it’s doubtful they will not be back again this year.
