Property is extremely old and ran down. the moment you walk into the building the floors and walls are covered in dirt and mold that has been there for quite sometime. The unit that I walked into had dust everywhere, wires were all over the place, bath tub was filthy, and the bathroom mirror was cracked. The maintenance team didn't even do a good job cleaning out the previous tenants stuff. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Halls are dirty, bad ant problem, no parking spots, buzzer don’t work so packages get stolen, walls are thing I can hear mice in them or the neighbors.

Please do not move here. There is nothing but problems here. Mice, ants, no heat in the winter time, dirty halls, dirty grounds outside. Loud neighbors. Police drive through the parking lots almost every day. People pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night. The office staff is just horrible. Place is very old and ran down. Carpet throughout units are very old fashioned walls need to be painted in halls. Stairs are very thin, couldn't imagine trying to move heavy furniture up them. Rental office was in very new and up to date shape but the rest of the property not so much. Don't waste your time applying especially if you're looking for something long-term.
