Maintenance Review

Just moved in and found a few things on my walk through. Kevin in the office was helpful and maintenance was quick to respond with my needs in my new home. Over all very pleased.

Not worth it

Building and Units are old but livable, not many issues with maintenance but if there is it’s resolved right away. The office staff is very nice but just generally slow at everything. Biggest issue is the neighbors….it’s loud & the walls are paper thin. I live on the top floor and can hear my downstairs neighbor doing everything! There is no respect for each other or that it is a shared community space. Cars are also blasting music, there’s a loud truck that revs its engine constantly and alarms… are always going off. THIS PLACE IS NOT QUIET. I’ve brought up all these issues to management and nothing gets resolved. I cannot wait to get out of here, don’t waste your time.

Best place to live!

The living conditions are the best here. The staff and maintenance have always been A1. When I put in a request to get something fixed it's done the next day. I just signed onto another year's lease and Brittney help me with that, easy peasy. I have no complaints.

Some good, some bad

Pros: newer appliances, carpet, and flooring. Management is awesome and gets on top of things quickly! VERY dog friendly with a great dog park and bag stands to clean up with. To top it off, most people are nice to be around and talk to!

Cons: It’s an older building, so the walls and floors are thin. In fact, the neighbor below hs has complained about my wife and I WALKING in our apartment several times, but we can hear neighbors in general; that’s apartment living. Also, security. Sketchy… stuff happens in the parking lots, and people have things broken into at times; in fact, someone broke into my locked truck and stole a laptop out of it. This is a policing issue in the area, but something to be aware of.
Lastly, the dryers here are atrocious. Don’t even bother using them, they don’t work, and only waste your time and money.
