Courteous The maintenance was respectful and courteous. He asked if he could see the bathroom to do maintenance work. And he went ro work on the issue right and replace the faucet bathroom with new on and took care of the dripping water that was the issue before.

Great Place Visited and did a tour with Tim. He did an amazing job. Answered all questions and took his time. Did not feel rushed or like we were a burden. Was willing to show us all the units we had interest in and did not hesitate to answer any questions.
