Tour I had a very nice tour. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, kind and really nice to talk to. I couldn’t have had a nicer person to show me around.

The Bosk Maintenance Team Goes Above and Beyond The maintenance staff at The Bosk is honestly wonderful. They address any concerns quickly, and if something is outside their scope, The Bosk makes sure to bring in a vendor who can take care of it. It really shows that they care about your experience as a resident, and I appreciate how responsive and supportive they’ve been. And especially thank you to Victor, you always understand the assignment!

Nice apartment community The updates to the amenities seem lovely, and the community seems quiet. The unit I specifically saw was in need of a little TLC. However, I am understanding that sometimes things aren't 100% ready to be shown. I was still committed to the unit, and after I left, I received a call from the office assuring me updates and cleaning will be done properly and before I move in, which I appreciate.
