Unreachable
I don't usually write reviews, but I’m hoping this feedback will finally lead to a resolution. I have lived here for a month now and absolutely love my unit. The living room and bedrooms are incredibly spacious, and having a 1.5 bath is a huge plus.
However, management/leasing office people is completely unreachable. Whether I try calling, texting, emailing, or using the contact portal, nobody responds. The automated phone system tells you to leave a voicemail, but those calls are never… returned. The only way to get answers is to visit the office in person, which is incredibly inconvenient when you work full-time and their hours align exactly with a standard work shift.
To make matters worse, I submitted a maintenance request a month ago, and it still hasn't been addressed. I honestly wonder if this lack of management and communication is one of the reasons why there are so many vacant units here. The property itself is great, but the management needs a serious overhaul.Review from Apartments.com
