I don't usually write reviews, but I’m hoping this feedback will finally lead to a resolution. I have lived here for a month now and absolutely love my unit. The living room and bedrooms are incredibly spacious, and having a 1.5 bath is a huge plus.

However, management/leasing office people is completely unreachable. Whether I try calling, texting, emailing, or using the contact portal, nobody responds. The automated phone system tells you to leave a voicemail, but those calls are never... returned. The only way to get answers is to visit the office in person, which is incredibly inconvenient when you work full-time and their hours align exactly with a standard work shift.

To make matters worse, I submitted a maintenance request a month ago, and it still hasn't been addressed. I honestly wonder if this lack of management and communication is one of the reasons why there are so many vacant units here. Maintenance request Aaron and Mike are awesome. Took care of my request in a quick and professional manner. Keep up the great customer service.

I lived one year and couldn’t wait until my lease ended. Is dirty place. Maintenance will not come about week and half because they busy working vacant units. They charged painting the unit and they didn’t being transparent when signing the leases. I would not recommend anyone to live there

Reva is the Best. The tour was led by Reva who was not only knowledgeable, but kind and patient. It was comforting when residents addressed her by name, and she knew them by name. Knowing she will be in the office looking out for us with her many years of experience is comforting.
