I love living in this apartment because it's closer to where my family is, not too extravagant, and has some very nice hang out rooms. I consider it better then the last apartment I stayed at.

Best living experience

This adorable chic farmhouse style apartment building sold us from the beginning. Spacious apartments with quality workmanship. Great community rooms and a sky deck for entertaining. MaryEllen, the manager,is helpful and friendly answering all our questions. The atmosphere is friendly and peaceful.Pet friendly too.

Bohemia Flats is the perfect place to call home...

I have absolutely love living here! The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any maintenance requests. Requests for maintenance are easy and you are always kept informed. The complex is conveniently located as I am able to walk to work, the grocery store, nearby restaurants and even coffee. Although my dog was not a fan of the doggie area the neighborhood is a great place to walk with plenty of sidewalks. The pet bathing station is excellent for rinsing your… furry friends after a long run in the fields or a swim in the lakes. The grounds and common areas are impeccably maintained. I absolutely love calling Bohemia Flats home.
