More cons than pros

Number 1 worst thing about it is its location. Train tracks are literally right next to the building and they come and go day in and day out. The train honks its horns often, often waking up my child from a nap. Semi trucks also are parked on the other side of the tracks and leaves their trucks idling in the middle of the night keeping you up.
Number 2 worst thing is that even after the cabinets were redone from a different installer, it was still a crappy job. 2 months later and 1 of our...
cabinet is falling off the hinges already.
Number 3 worst thing is the small parking lot for "guests" and others who live with you. A 42 room with only 10 or so extra parking, otherwise you'll have yo park at the Metro Transit park and ride lot.
