Concierge

The maintenance team at Concierge is always prompt and efficient in their work. No long wait times and good communication.

The Concierge is not the WORST place to live. However, almost every time you go into the leasing office, you are met with a new face (high turnover of staff) who will tell you one thing, and then the next time you go into the office and it's a new person, they'll tell you something different. They're very helpful, but sometimes the communication can get skewed.

If you're a party goer, this place is for you because it seems like there are parties every night in the pool area (they get very loud... and out of control- so much so that police are often called to the area). Last summer there were gun shots heard in the pool area due to party related issues. During the daytime, the complex is beautiful and quiet. however, as soon as the weather gets nice, parties happen and get loud and out of hand.

Overall, they keep the complex clean and nice. Staff do their best (especially Morgan!!!)! Not their fault they are located right off of a busy and loud highway and in a lower income neighborhood. Very cheap rent which is nice (but you get what you pay for what with co-residents living on the complex and various features of the apartments).

Not the worst place I have lived, but unfortunately we will not be renewing our lease here for various financial issues we have run in while living here (car got towed 2x and it cost $350 in cash to get it back, various random charges they add on, etc). Read More

Concierge has the greatest leasing agents and management, I’ve lived here for 3 years and they have continually gotten better over the years. I was behind on rent and was ready to just give up and move but they made it a priority to help me get back on track and help me and I had to do was pick up the phone and have a conversation with them, usually when you think of leasing agents or an apartment manager you think bad thoughts like they won’t understand but that’s not here at the concierge

The property is very nice and the staff working here are especially polite!

The apartment we got was nothing like what we toured. There were some remodels done but they were done poorly. For example, the new flooring was not appropriately installed so there were gaps which collected dust, crumbs, etc. There were no coverings under the wall heaters allowing insects like spiders to have a free for all! This was reported multiple times through the "maintenance" request on website with minimal response. When I called, the individual LAUGHED at me.
