Things are turning around

The on-site staff are really turning things around. We are seeing staff which is great for this size property. YEAH. The property manager knows what she is doing and staff have consistent direction-resident events, making small improvements-hopefully some big soon. Team Concierge just signed my renewal. Thank You

Our maintenance team are amazing!!!

I submitted a work order on my AC. The next day, maintenance showed up. Within seconds they diagnosed the issue and went to get me a brand new one. Every issue I have ever had was resolved quickly and professionally.

Not good, not bad...

The Concierge is not the WORST place to live. However, almost every time you go into the leasing office, you are met with a new face (high turnover of staff) who will tell you one thing, and then the next time you go into the office and it's a new person, they'll tell you something different. They're very helpful, but sometimes the communication can get skewed.

If you're a party goer, this place is for you because it seems like there are parties every night in the pool area (they get very loud… and out of control- so much so that police are often called to the area). Last summer there were gun shots heard in the pool area due to party related issues. During the daytime, the complex is beautiful and quiet. however, as soon as the weather gets nice, parties happen and get loud and out of hand.

Overall, they keep the complex clean and nice. Staff do their best (especially Morgan!!!)! Not their fault they are located right off of a busy and loud highway and in a lower income neighborhood. Very cheap rent which is nice (but you get what you pay for what with co-residents living on the complex and various features of the apartments).

Not the worst place I have lived, but unfortunately we will not be renewing our lease here for various financial issues we have run in while living here (car got towed 2x and it cost $350 in cash to get it back, various random charges they add on, etc).

We understand your concerns regarding consistency in communication. Over the past year, we have worked hard to establish more consistent processes to better serve our residents. Providing accurate information and a positive resident experience remains a priority for us.

We also want to clarify that our team takes community standards seriously. When concerns regarding noise, disturbances, or policy violations are brought to our attention, they are investigated and addressed in accordance with community policies. Our goal is to maintain an environment where all residents can comfortably enjoy their homes.

Regarding charges and parking-related matters, fees are assessed in accordance with the lease agreement and community policies. We are always happy to review questions regarding resident accounts and explain any charges in detail.

We appreciate the time you have spent as part of our community and wish you the very best moving forward.

Greatest front office

Concierge has the greatest leasing agents and management, I’ve lived here for 3 years and they have continually gotten better over the years. I was behind on rent and was ready to just give up and move but they made it a priority to help me get back on track and help me and I had to do was pick up the phone and have a conversation with them, usually when you think of leasing agents or an apartment manager you think bad thoughts like they won’t understand but that’s not here at the concierge
