Stuck in the past

Management is disorganized and stuck in the past. Important notices are sporadic, sometimes written notes, sometimes emails. Never know how to expect to communicate.

Clear and reliable communication is very important… to us, and your comments help highlight where we can do better. We are currently transitioning toward using RentCafe as our primary communication platform so that important notices and updates can be shared in one consistent place. During this transition, we have occasionally used multiple methods of communication because not all residents regularly check their online portal.

We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and value feedback like this as we continue working to improve communication and the overall experience for our community.

VERY noisy

I have a neighbor that makes loud noise in the middle of the night. I cannot sleep in my bedroom. I sleep on a very uncomfortable cot in another area of the apartment. I have been complaining to management for 9 months and it has not been resolved.

Our First Home

My fiancé and I moved into this complex from out of state 2 years ago and this is the first place where we have felt at home. The caretakers and office staff are incredibly helpful and even left us a welcome basket when we moved in. Everything was in perfect shape and if it ever isn’t it is responded to so quickly. But we have only had 1 maintenance problem the entire we have lived here, and it was fixed within 1 hour. We couldn’t be happier with the complex itself and its amenities. It is… unparalleled and the grounds are a dream and so well maintained with walking paths and a sculpture garden! We can’t recommend it enough and will stay here until we are ready to buy a house. The people who move here stay here so long bc it’s is a great location with great staff and amenities!

My Home

I have lived at the Oaks since the day it opened
and I'm still very happy here....Great comfortable apartments... fun programs that
bring residents together...caring management
people that keep the Oaks clean and work hard to meet everyones needs.
Also a pool, fitness center, business center and underground parking accessible to all residents.
That's why I call this place my home !

Living at the Oaks on Pleasant

I have lived at the Oaks on Pleasant for 10 years. It is truly a place one can call home. It is beautifully kept , well managed and has everything you could want in a home. The residents are great and fun activities are an added plus.
