Quarry Ridge Apartments

I lived at Quarry Ridge for a few years with my family, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The walls are so thin you can hear every single noise, the hallways always smell bad, and nothing ever gets taken care of. Management is rude, lazy, and never helpful.
Maintenance was a joke we waited forever just to get simple things fixed, and half the time they didn’t even do it right. For how much they charge, this place should be decent, but instead it’s run down and stressful to live in.

Worst management! After you decide to leave they’ll try to rip you off. The fridge was working, the stove was working and they told us they’ll need to replace both for absolutely no reason. Not only did they keep our deposit, they asked for $2000 more. Ridiculous, never live in this apartment.

I have lived at Quarry Ridge for 6 years and would highly recommend this complex. The office & maintenance staff are very friendly and provide outstanding customer service. Submitted work orders are promptly completed. They continue to update the complex, I really enjoy the Butterfly and SmartRent systems. Everyone visiting remarks on what a quiet building it is. We have lived here for 7 months now and have enjoyed the Quarry Ridge. We rarely hear neighbors above or to the sides of us in the 1805 building, access to the apartments is fairly secure (our bike was stolen from the garage, but we didn’t have it locked). Downside: even if your apartment faces the pond like ours does, all you can hear is the highway, even with the sliding doors and windows closed. Not the apartment’s fault, just not ideal. Management is good, although unhelpful with our bike... situation. Owners of dogs are respectful and keep their distance and 98% of the time pick up waste. It’s clean and in a good spot (15 min walk door-to-door from the apartments to St. Mary’s). Overall a good place if you’re looking for somewhere dependable and close to SMH that doesn’t completely rob your wallet. Read More
