Quarry Ridge Apartments

I lived at Quarry Ridge for a few years with my family, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The walls are so thin you can hear every single noise, the hallways always smell bad, and nothing ever gets taken care of. Management is rude, lazy, and never helpful.
Maintenance was a joke we waited forever just to get simple things fixed, and half the time they didn’t even do it right. For how much they charge, this place should be decent, but instead it’s run down and stressful to live in.
I... regret ever signing a lease here. My family deserved better than this dump, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Lee mas

Worst management! After you decide to leave they’ll try to rip you off. The fridge was working, the stove was working and they told us they’ll need to replace both for absolutely no reason. Not only did they keep our deposit, they asked for $2000 more. Ridiculous, never live in this apartment.

There are cockroaches everywhere! Bad management! My car was broken into!!!

Did not have any problems until I had to move out. Predatory management.

I have lived at Quarry Ridge for 6 years and would highly recommend this complex. The office & maintenance staff are very friendly and provide outstanding customer service. Submitted work orders are promptly completed. They continue to update the complex, I really enjoy the Butterfly and SmartRent systems. Everyone visiting remarks on what a quiet building it is. The garage has nice storage cabinets with the parking spaces bigger than most apartment buildings. It is also a very safe neighborhood... for walkers and joggers. Lee mas
