New build, great location

Great location, on-site management, clean complex, useful amenities - outdoor spaces, fitness room, community room! Only downside is utility cost in summer - twice as high as any other modern complex I've lived in for same space/use; the garage is exceptionally hot with limited parking.

All Ages

As a senior, I love all of the conveniences that Silver Lake Crossings has to offer, without the surcharge for senior activities that I’m not interested in. The building is accessible and I love being surrounded by people of all ages and different backgrounds. The billiards room, patio, theater and community room are all nice spaces for me to gather with friends and family, and my apartment has all of the features that are important to me, including control of my heating and cooling, and in-unit… laundry. Having all of the utilities included besides electricity makes life easier and comparable in price to lower priced locations. I’m proud to live here.

Love it

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The location is super convenient, and it’s a big plus that there’s street parking available. Everything is well-maintained and feels modern. Management is attentive—they regularly send out alerts about weather conditions, quiet hours, and other important info. The rent payment app also makes things really easy

I’ve been living in this apartment community for a month now and I’m very pleased with my experience so far. The amenities are well-maintained and practical, the management team is professional and responsive, and the entire property is clean and peaceful. Covered parking is available, and the community offers a good variety of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio units. The location is also very convenient. It’s an ideal place for families or anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable home.
