Hamline Terrace

I have lived here for two years, and I could not be happier with Hamline Terrace. My apartment was and is in perfect shape. I needed only one repair in two years, and the maintenance staff repaired it within the hour! I have a dishwasher, air conditioner, and a beautiful, quiet patio. I have never had a safety or security issue. The grounds have full-grown trees, and a landscaping service. The indoor pool is always immaculate. The manager is always out and about the buildings. She really... knows her properties and tenants. Roseville is between both cities, which makes it easy to get anywhere. Roseville itself has many beautiful parks to enjoy. My guests always say, "This is beautiful!" when they've taken only a few steps into the foyer of my apartment, and when they settle in for a visit, they notice the peace and quiet. The garage here has NO security. The door freezes during the winter and does not lock. People can just walk in whenever they please.
I just heard another tenant had his motorcycle stolen RIGHT OUT OF THE GARAGE.
Not to mention there are NO cameras, NO alarms, and even the door bolts feel cheap.

As soon as my lease is out I'm getting out.
This can't be my home if I can't even keep my things safe.

I lived here for a year and a half, and if it wasn't for moving into a house would definitely have stayed. The management is wonderful, maintenance staff is fantastic. If I ever had anything that needed to be fixed, they were there later that day and were very professional. The apartment was very spacious and in great shape. Never had an issue with noise from neighbors, and the apartment complex is in a wonderful location. I would 100% recommend Hamline Terrace!
