About The Riviera

We have a two building community in Roseville, MN on the frontage road of Highway 36. Dead end street with no through traffic. Indoor pool building open 365 days a year and professionally cleaned and chemically balanced daily. Heated underground... parking with free surface lot parking for tenants and guests. Small fitness room in the pool building along with a party room that's available for rent! 32 units in each building including one bedrooms, two bedroom/one baths, two bedroom/1.5 baths, and three bedrooms.

We have additional free storage units in the coin operated laundry room. There is a laundry room on each floor of the building. Each unit has a balcony or patio walkout. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to Rosedale and other shopping areas.

I currently live here. It's not great.

I'm sorry, but don't even consider this place. It smells like pee. The owners don't care about their property or tenants. They let go of their caretaker who actually use to make the place nice. Now it's just trash. Staff is unorganized and will blame you for everything. I'm trying to get out.
