Great place to live, great area!

I love this place and the location—right next to walking/biking trails! It’s not right in St. Cloud, but still close (10-15 min) to most places in town. Management is on-site most of the week and maintenance is always completed quickly and efficiently. The apartments are older so some of the appliances are dated and maintenance is often needed, but I still love living here. Wonderful place to call home!

High end deception and greed!

Heat, etc. is NOT included but an ADDIONAL $65. Garages $45 or $65 more. No stainless appliances, all low-end white. Couldn't look at potential rental so looked at a vacant apartment which appeared clean but stunk! (Expected to rent sight unseen?) Definitely NOT sanitized.

Supportive, helpful, professional

I have lived in these apartments for two years and most recently renewed my lease, hoping to call this home for many more years. The management team is responsive to all concerns; big or small. They communicate respectfully and in a timely manner. They are supportive and understanding in all situations. The grounds are well maintained and the monthly newsletter is a nice way to remind tenants of seasonal and monthly updates. The price is reasonable, the amenities are clean, well maintained… and a great perk! The location is quiet and perfect proximity to walking trails, I- 94 or downtown St.Cloud. If you are looking for a new place to call home- check here first! It may be the perfect place for you!

Great property, even better management

The apartments are extremely nice and up to date. Management is very kind and works hard to resolve any concerns. Been here over three years with no intention of leaving anytime soon!

Great place to call home!!

These apartments are beautiful and Always clean. Defiantly the best place I have ever lived in St. Cloud MN. The staff is great especially Sara the director, is always there to help you with anything, she’s amazing and so friendly. We love living here and definitely recommend you to come join us soon!! Cuz we ain’t going anywhere!! Me and my three little ones do honestly enjoy here. We always look forward going to our indoor play room at anytime of the year, especially during winter time. This… place is for everyone from family to students and the best part is so diversity!!
