I live here for 3 years and so far this is the worst apartment I have lived in. Management is terrible and unprofessional. Dakota is the only helpful person in the management team. Save yourself and don’t move here.

This is an apartment dream.It has a indoor pool and hot tub and a outdoor pool. It also has gym.It is made fir disabled people and the service is great.

Do not live here.
Terrible place to live. Most dirty place by far in St. Cloud. Unprofessional staff. Small cheap apartments that are run down and break every week. Just do yourself a favor and don’t live here

Helpful and kind staff, beautiful apartment
We lived in Heritage for two years until purchasing a home the summer of 2019. Today I realized a package had been mistakenly delivered to our old apartment. Charity was so gracious in retrieving this package for us. Thank-you again! What a nice person. Our apartment at Heritage was beautiful and the swimming pool was lots of fun. All this is nice, but the people who run the day to day operations matter most. Kay, the apartment manager was always friendly, kind, respectful and fun. We enjoyed... Randy, who is in charge of maintenance, and Charity seems like a perfect fit to a wonderful team. Kindness matters. Respect matters. Compassion matters. It is people that make a good place great. Well done!
