Do. Not. Live. Here.
They say they have free high speed internet, they do not have this. Moved into a dirty apartment even after a 2 week delay, and the kids sit in the parking lot and scream absolutely all day long. The maintenance guy is cool and does his job well, I like him. Also at no point before we moved in, nor in our lease did it say anything about paying for new utilities. Then BAM, July hits and they're making everyone pay a new utility. Trash management.
