I can write a novel of the horrible 4 month experience we had living here! The staff are great sellers but the living space is absolutely horrible, no one picks up after their dogs, dirty, mice problem, people smoking everywhere, constant problems and they blame you for it!! Communication is horrible when you need something!!!! I would have to email, call and text at least 3-4 times to get a response! We had someone take over our lease because we couldn’t live here. I have lived here since July 2023 and can’t say enough great things about this place and management. The units are very spacious and truly have everything you need from storage to have your own washer and dryer. I had a 2 different 2 bed 2 apartment in my time here at the Quinn and love every bit of each one, Although I highly recommend the “Jackpine unit“ it’s by far my favorite unit with AMAZING views and a HUGE balcony. The grilling and pool area is amazing in the summer and just so much fun.... The community all around has just been great. The apartments are conveniently located to everywhere you need from shops, restaurants and parks. I would live here for years if I weren’t transferring out of state jobs. It’s been a great experience living here the last year and a half. Amanda(property manager) is by far the best in the business and is extremely accommodating to make sure this place is home for you and will go above and beyond. I have never seen a better property manager that actually cares more than her. She has truly made living here such an amazing experience and will miss this place and the people dearly. Too much money and ludicrous hidden fees for parking, utilities, etc. Dirty hallways, poorly maintained spaces, smelled of marijuana and tobacco in multiple locations, dog poop near the front door of a building... They have a very pretty office and waiting room but that's all they have. Unless you sign a lease with them, then they'll have all your money too.

This place is far from luxury. I have 100s of pictures to prove it and that's just one building not all the others and only one apartment not the other 300. I have lived here for several months now and besides all the hidden fees you hear about after signing the lease, everything is always broke and the maintenance crew has no clue how to fix it when they finally do show up days to even weeks later (and try to to blame it on you and not the equipment or the people they've had repairing it... previously). Literally everything in this apartment has broke down at one point or another since I've moved in, or hasn't worked since before moving in. The air conditioner hasn't worked since the beginning, now it's cold but those hot days were HOT. Read the lease carefully and look at "utilities" before signing, notice the $100 internet amongst other things for instance, concierge garbage? Honestly? So I'm being charged somewhere around $75 a month garbage. I walk my own garbage 10 feet to the garbage shoot. No one's going to come around and pick up garbage, no one cleans anything around these buildings. They are filthy and smell of rot and pot. Oh, and may I add, they didn't even clean my apartment before giving me the key and allowing me to move in. I found everything from dirty needles under the fridge to underwear in the laundry, and a wash clothe in the shower. The vinyl on all the cheap cabinets is peeling off. Again I have 100s of pictures. After paying the high rent cost, you would think this is supposed to be a luxury apartment as they claim. It’s far from it. Management issues (rude and snotty), to broken items they don’t fix, to dog poop everywhere in the winter months outside, the list goes on. My water leaking from the bathroom tub never was fixed in 10 months. Can you imagine my water bill? My ac was broken for weeks due to maintenance being clueless. They tried to charge me after I cleaned up the place and moved. They... claimed it wasn’t clean. I have my photos. The manager was awful to discuss things with. She disregarded everything because they want money. Also, during Xmas, the office had 35+ packages stolen (I had one) and the manager refused to give Plymouth police the surveillance tapes. Fishy!
