Disruption in amenities and terrible communication

I will update this review if/when they decide to give renters some kind of concession for the major disruption it the amenities we pay for. I moved here specifically to be in a building that has a pool for the few MN months we get to enjoy a pool. I’m sure they will counteract this with every excuse in the book as to why the “necessary repairs” are still not complete in mid-June but the reality is they knew about the damage last fall, did absolutely nothing to contract a repair company until… residents started asking/complaining about why the pool wasn’t open after Memorial Day weekend, and have continued to keep communication vague, inconsistent and minimal. Several residents have directly reached out, gotten ambiguous information, tons of excuses and zero accountability. What was one week, has turned into two weeks and now three weeks and now they don’t know if the pool will even be open this summer. Nobody is complaining about the fact that a pool needs repairs for wear and tear. What has happened is a complete disregard and lack of respect to residents to provide clear, honest communication OR any concession on the exorbitant amount we pay for the cost of these amenities. There was a turnover of nearly all office staff about a year ago and ever since then, the property has been managed horribly. Rent continues to increase and the quality of living here continues to decrease. I’ve been a loyal resident, paying on time for 5 years here and I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the handling of this situation and the complete disregard of the management company. You can absolutely find somewhere better to live in this area and I would encourage you to do so.

Terrible Management

Management makes up fees to squeeze every penny out of you. Constant loud noises come through the vents. Website doesn’t work 50% of the time but don’t worry they give you 2 days to pay rent and when the website is down you can just call off work to go to the bank for a cashiers check to pay your rent because the intern can’t code a website.

Great Apartment!

We have lived at the Camerata for almost a year now and we absolutely love it! It is the first apartment I've ever lived in where I felt like I had more than enough storage space. We live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and we have more than enough space for the two of us! The apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. The workout facility here has everything you could want, and the pool is beautiful. A few things have broken down since we moved here, but every time we… put in a maintenance request, things get fixed or replaced very quickly. This apartment is a little pricey, but you honestly get a lot for the price. No apartment is going to be perfect, but we have been very happy here!

Hoigaard Village

Great facilities and location. Management is difficult to work with and does not respond to requests in a timely fashion. They have closed the pool area on multiple occasions for single individuals bringing glassware into the area and place blame on their residents for anything that isn't up to par. Overall, great apartment building but there needs to be a new staff.
