Service The patient and care that was given to me in applying for this apartment they took time to listen to me understand my situation and I was not rushed to make a decision the kindness of the staff and even some of the residents as I did a walk through just made me feel safe and secure if I was to get this apartment I will be very comfortable and I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a safe space

Good but Should be Better I'm neutral given that Shoreham has new ownership this year, and the property management team is very new. The property overall is nice with a strong maintenance response record. However there are numerous public space / outdoor aspects that should be addressed
