This is a smoke-free property, and evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. No parties or events are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without prior written permission. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must respect neighbors at all times. The property is equipped with privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record audio. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. A $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No weapons are allowed and will be reported to the police, and the contract will be immediately terminated. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately.
