Friendly neighbors has improved since last tenants left. Clean and very respectful place to be trust tight community kids play outside and everyone minds their own buisness. 12/10((:

A few good tennants are wiped out by the noisy alcoholics on the basement level . Constant drama and late night fighting in the streets . I wouldn't recommend this place for anybody , unless fresh out on parole . Other units overran by middle aged broke wannabe gangsters not on any lease . Avoid this mess like the bubonic plague . Worthless mgmt does nothing to correct issue .
